"Janet and Bill are definitely the best realtors I've ever worked with, both in Connecticut and NJ. I bought 3 homes and built 2, so I've had experience. They listened to my needs and wants and delivered options based on this criteria, making finding my home easy (only saw a handful). As a single woman new to the area, they guided me and handheld me from house hunting to moving in to suggesting contractors. They were on top of every aspect of the process and professional at all times. While the purchase of my home was taking place, they also helped me sublet my rental space at the same time. "Janet and Bill helped me establish the value of the home I was selling and spent many hours finding the home I purchased. This home was under contract but failed inspection. Janet found it the same day and we did paperwork late into the evening and made an offer the next morning which was accepted. If not for the Marcellinos I would likely still be looking for a home in my price range since I wanted to be in greenbrier 2. Janet took the time to let me bring my children to see it before closing and remains a friend I would recommend to anyone looking for a home."
